1 - Prices
The prices of our articles are either without tax (HT) and with tax (TTC: including all taxes). The purchase order will be established according to your localization and will thus carry or not the taxes: -
for orders delivered in one of the European Convention countries, the articles are billed with tax (TTC: including all taxes).
- for orders delivered outside the European union, the articles are billed without tax (HT); however, light custom charges might be required by the mail service of your country, upon reception of your parcel.
2 - Period of validity of the sale offers
Characteristics of the products offered for sale on line are presented on the site. The photographs do not enter the contractual field. TRADITIONS MONASTIQUES is not responsible if any errors that may have been introduced there. Our offers of products and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limit of stocks available. In the event of unavailability, we take the responsibility, within 60 days as from the validation of the order, either to deliver the ordered product to you, or to offer a similar product at a similar price, or to reimburse you by cheque.
The company TRADITIONS MONASTIQUES reserves the right to modify its prices constantly but is committed applying the tariffs which will have been indicated to you at the time of your order, subject to its availability to this date.
3 - Postage
The price of the shipping and handling is related to your geogaphic situation and of the contents of the order. The charged fee is calculated by our information processing system on line. They are communicated to you before you validate your order. Certain articles are free of postage; that will appear on the order by a postage equal to zero.
4 - Payment
You may pay in two ways:
• payment by cheque, Postal Order or credit transfer. A copy of the order is sent to your email address. Your order is then reserved during 30 days. Beyond this time, without reception of your cheque, it will be cancelled.

The order will be treated only with the cashing of your check to the order ABBAYE ST JOSEPH.

• payment made safe by bank card (Blue Chart, Visa card, Mastercard, American Express). You will be redirected on the site of the Crédit Lyonnais to carry out the transaction; a copy of the order is sent to your address email. The payment by bank card is perfectly protected (link towards confidentiality); your order will be recorded and validated as of the acceptance of the payment by our bank. Your order will be the subject of a withdrawal within the 48 hours.
IMPORTANT: The sending of the articles will be carried out only after reception of the payment.
5 - Clause of reserve of property
The products remain the property of the company TRADITIONS MONASTIQUES until the complete payment of the order. However as from the delivery, the risks of the delivered goods are transferred to the customer.
6 - Right of retractation
In accordance with the L.121-16 article of the Code of Consumption, the consumer has a 7 working days deadline as from the delivery date of its order, to turn over any article not being appropriate to him and to require the exchange or refunding without penalty, except for the forwarding costs.
The product will have to be returned in perfect state, in its packing of origin, and non-worn.
The right to return cannot be exerted for the articles which can be copied (CD, cassette) except if they are turned over to us within time and unsealed. Procedure of return: You have a 7 days deadline as from the reception to inform our customer service of your wish to return to us the product. To carry out a return: A request to our customer service must be made by E-mail. The expenses of return in the case of a retractation are the responsibility of the customer. The present right to return can be accepted only for complete products, in their state of origin with a copy of the purchase invoice. Returned articles which are damaged, incomplete or dirtied by the Customer are not acceptedd. After having received and validated the return of the parcel, we commit ourselves to making you an exchange or a refunding within a delay of 30 days maximum.
7 - Applicable law and disputes
The present general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed to Internet site traditions-monastiques.com. The company TRADITIONS MONASTIQUES reserves the possibility of adapting or of modifying constantly the present general conditions of sale. In the event of modification, the general conditions of sale in force at the day of the order will be applied to each order.
For the goods intended for exportation, the applicable law is the French law. In the event of dispute, the Commercial Court of Dijon will be the only qualified one.
