Description 'John Paul II (1920-2005) – white colour, 130 cm.'
On the base is carved his motto “Totus Tuus” (All Yours), taken from the consecration to the Most Blessed Virgin Mary by Saint Louis-Marie Grignion de Montfort.
On the pastoral staff is carved “Evangelium Vitae”, title of the encyclical consecrated to respect for human life, one of the great themes of John Paul II's pontificate. Original statue sculpted on Lens (Gard) stone by a monk of Saint Joseph Abbey, this copy is cast in synthetic resin. It can be placed indoors or outdoors.
